Adobe / AEP / RT-CDP Consultant

Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) Specialist with minimum 8+ years of experience and strong skills in journey orchestration, data management, integration, and campaign execution.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Adobe Experience Platform components such as Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), Journey Orchestration (AJO), and Adobe Campaign Classic, as well as experience integrating with cloud platforms and third-party systems.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing customer journeys, managing workflows, and personalizing content across channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement data models and customer journeys using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Journey Orchestration (AJO) .
- Configure and manage Adobe Campaign Classic to build, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, including workflows, deliveries, and targeting workflows.
- Lead data integration and ETL processes to handle large datasets across AEP and ACC.
- Develop responsive, web-based applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and maintain Single Page Applications (SPA) using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems like CRM, CMS, Salesforce, and other marketing automation tools.
- Develop and maintain APIs and microservices architecture using server-side languages such as Java , Python , Node.js .
- Ensure compliance with GDPR , CCPA , and other data privacy regulations while managing the security of customer data.
- Use cloud platforms such as AWS , Azure , and Google Cloud to manage and optimize serverless architectures and containerized solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Provide technical support for email marketing best practices, ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations, and apply dynamic content and personalization techniques.
- Collaborate with UX / UI designers to ensure a seamless user experience for customers across multiple platforms and channels.
- Map and optimize customer journeys, ensuring effective delivery of personalized content to targeted audiences.
Required Skills & Expertise :
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Journey Orchestration (AJO) , with a deep understanding of AEP APIs, SDKs, and RTCDP components.
- Strong experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) , configuring and customizing marketing workflows, deliveries, and targeting strategies.
- Knowledge of SQL , PL / SQL , and T-SQL for data management, including handling large datasets and developing database models.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs , SOAP , XML , and JSON for system integrations and web service development.
- Familiarity with email marketing best practices and deliverability, with experience using dynamic content and personalization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS , Azure , Google Cloud , and technologies like Docker and Kubernetes .
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working in Agile environments using tools like Jira for project tracking.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, including UX / UI designers, marketing strategists, and non-technical stakeholders to align on project goals.
