A typical day :
- Answering phones, greeting customers
- Scheduling appointments
- Responding to correspondence
- Compiling data and creating reports
- Filing, photocopying, scanning
Successful candidates will have :
- Must currently live in the Greater Victoria area
- Must currently be unemployed and availble 35 hour per week
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office - particularly Word, Excel, Outlook
- Previous office experience a definite asset
Total rewards :
- $18.00 hourly
- Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
