We are seeking an HVAC Service Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities :

• Provide dispatch support for the HVAC Department as needed.
• Notify clients and field employees regarding initial and ongoing schedules.
• Quickly answer incoming customer service calls related to HVAC services.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Input customer data into computer software and generate work orders.
• Generate purchase orders as necessary.
• Verify the accuracy and completion of all work orders.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a service company with mobile technicians
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeaner
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated competency in keyboarding and Windows scheduling software
• Ability to operate all standard office equipment; proficiency in written and spoken English
