• Enrolled in a business program with an accounting focus
• Proven intermediate excel skills
• Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn and operate new software
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and research skills for reconciliations
• Outstanding verbal and written communication

POSITION OVERVIEW :

At Accelerate360, we operate in a dynamic Shared Services environment and our core business is to provide effective, timely and efficient accounting and back-room services to organizations.

Wage :

$18.00-$18.75 / hr (depending on experience)

Day in the Life

• Customer communication
• Accurately reconciling customer payments and / or supplier accounts
• Researching and following up on discrepancies
• Analyzing sales data for completeness and reporting on account anomalies
• Monitoring and tracking invoice compliance and accruals
• Recommending process improvement suggestions for reconciliation and research practices
