As we continue to grow, we are on the lookout for a dedicated and motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk to contribute to our success story.

About the position :

We are currently searching for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to be part of our accounting team.

This role is located at our head office in Milton ON with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid role.

A regular day for you would look like this :

• Managing payment reminders
• Collaboratively work with our Operations Team to ensure accurate records and resolve payment issues
• Creating Statements of Account(s)
• Monitoring aging reports and proactively addressing delinquent accounts
• Reconciling of vendor statements for missing invoices and resolution of aged items
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting or related field is an asset
• Self-disciplined, well organized, and capable of identifying, prioritizing, and completing critical tasks to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Computer savvy proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Clear criminal background check
• Knowledge of Sage 300 would be considered an asse

• Mon-Fri, 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm

Pay : $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
