We're seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's industrial team in Cornwall, Ontario. What We Offer :

• Salary : $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
• Job Type / Shift : Permanent Full time

What You'll Do :

• Receive and distribute incoming accounts payable invoices and related documents for approval.
• Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets and update information as needed.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.
• Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts.
• Establish accuracy in entries and balance daily / monthly.

What We're Looking For :

• College diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting desired, but not required .
• Minimum 1 year of recent Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite : Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
