JOB TITLE : Accounts Assistant

LOCATION : Chatham

SALARY : £14.00 - £15.00 per hour

TERM : Temporary with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate

HOURS : Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm

The day to day duties in your new job would be :

• Processing a high volume of invoices for accounts receivable, payable and employee expenses
• Inputting timesheets
• Bank reconciliations
• Raising purchase orders
• Ad hoc tasks as requested to support the Finance team
• Data Entry
• General administration including answering calls, dealing with queries & managing multiple email mailboxes

We'd love to speak to candidates who have :

• Experience of computerised accounting systems, preferably SAGE & XERO
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Ability to convey information clearly and accurately both orally and in writing
• Systematic and thorough working approach with the ability to work independently
• Immediately availability and happy to commit to a temporary position
