• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
• Account reconciliation
• Record daily deposits
• Send copies of invoices and statements to clients
• Collect balances due from customers
• Other related tasks

3-5 years relevant experience in high volume B2B

Bilingual (English, French) spoken and written

Self-sufficient

Intermediate Excel knowledge

Organized

Able to resolve complexe situations

Detail oriented

Communicator skills (customer service oriented)
