The Opportunity :

As the AR Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of the company by managing receivables, ensuring timely payments, and resolving discrepancies.

Success Criteria & Deliverables :

  • Solid understanding of business and finance function within 3 months
  • Good understanding of company objectives and processes
  • Hands-on experience with independently managing the AR process

What We Need From You :

  • 1-2 years of relevant AR experience, with proficiency in collections and aging reports
  • Experience in an innovative industry, specifically with product technology and distribution
  • Familiarity with Avante VDI and Vena systems
  • Knowledge of private equity-backed ownership structures
  • Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Prior experience in a growth stage or scale-up environment
