We are seeking an Account Clerk to join our important client's team located on Montreal's South Shore! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, setting up accepted works, billing completed jobs, and handling collections through their ERP system.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and manage client accounts
• Set up accepted work orders and bill completed projects
• Follow up on outstanding works and handle collections
• Work within the ERP system

Requirements

• Degree in comptability
• Previous experience in an HVAC, Plumbing, or Fire Protection company preferred
• Strong experience with ERP systems, especially Maestro
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
