Position : Sales Development Representative
Salary Range : $1700 to 2000 / month
Working Hours : 9 am to 5 pm EST.
Role :
We are hiring experienced sales tacticians who can hit the ground running and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying high-quality clients for our firm.
Specifically, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic lead-generation tactics.
This highly motivated individual will also manage our CRM (Hubspot), assist with proposal development, and own the company’s sales process.
A highly passionate and results-oriented individual with 3+ years of sales experience and some understanding of the accounting industry.
We offer a fully remote and flexible work environment with competitive compensation and commission structure. Work closely with and report directly to the firm’s two owners, the COO and CEO.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct research to identify potential clients for our outsourced accounting and CFO services.
- Contact prospects via phone, email, social media, and our CRM to generate qualified leads.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and assess their fit for our ideal client profile and our different service offerings.
- Conduct discovery calls and educate prospects about our company and services to help generate interest; set up follow-up sales meetings for the firm’s partners.
- Manage our company CRM, Hubspot, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all clients and prospects, as well as all prospect interactions and activities within Hubspot.
- Own the sales process and help drive improvement; assist with proposals and sales support functions.
- Collaborate with the firm’s owners and our marketing agency to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor and track key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue targets. Provide monthly reports and interim updates to management on progress toward sales objectives.
Technical and Soft Skills :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proactive, self-starter, and highly motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic remote work environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Hubspot and Google Workspace.
- Bonus : prior experience in the accounting industry and any experience with ClickUp.
